If any objections raised by one of the legal heir while processing for succession certificate. Then What is the procedure ?
Is any ancestral property issue can be clubbed while giving objection to succession certificate.
Maximum how much time is taken by court to grant succession certificate if spite of continuous objections raised and answered?

A.Hon'ble Court will consider any objection on the basis of evidence. Consult with local property lawyer or with vidhikarya lawyers with proper documents.

A.The time taken for completion of procedure differs from honourable courts.The procedure is by giving evidence by filing affidavits or chief examination and crossexaminationand then honourable court will post thesame for hearing and will give its judgement

A.Court will do his procedure like lead evidence etc then after final give his judgement for this but succession certiface is givin for only movable property like money shares etc
