Regarding 3rd party claim

I have commercial car,which was met with accident ,car was droved by my driver,car met with an accident in march,nd 3co passengers were died .All co passengers nd my driver were friends,now i m in bsngalore bd somebody told me that court notice was issued ,you have to come for appereance in court,for claim process,but i did not received anything legally or by daftri of court,so please guide me what to do,?Should i go else if i dont go there,Is expartee decision passed by court?I There was no case against me as my driver drives the car and its commercial vechicle,so please guide me,
Is expartee good for me in this case?
Note:No legal notice recived by me as no body present at that address.

I dont have any case againt me,Notice is regarding only claim, 3rd party approached in the court for claim, my advocate told me that if i did not go then exparte will be declared

Know that there is one notice for claim for me,No case is registered against me, No legal notice i recieved ,only i get to
Know from some where that there is one legal notice,but that notice i did not recieved till now,
Somplease tell me in this case is expartee declared?

But i did not received notice legally,because no body resides at that address, and i also want to know that ,without my presence,court will go through exparte?I did not received the notice legally.

Car was registered at pune’s address,most probably notice was sent at that address only,so nobody is there to receive the notice, then notice go back as wrong address,so my question is i know from somewhere about that notice but no legally notification came to me, so officialy i idid not know regarding this notice, so in this case ,is expartee declared ?after some notices?
