School fees booking amount refund

Before the admission took place we paid a booking amount of Rs 10000 and we did not take the admission with the school. There is nothing documented that its non refundable and now school declines to refund the money back please advice

A.You should file complaint into educational department and send legal notice to school through lawyer.

A.you have to file a complaint against the school. firstly you need to file the complaint to the education department of your state, if they take any action then its good and if they don't, then to the court.

A.You may raise your grievance before district consumer forum.Before that you may give legal notice to the school.It is possible that the school may be ready to settle the dispute upon legal notice.
