Cheating

Hi
I was in a relationship with a guy from past 3 years and we wer in living relationship and stayed together for 6 months and he left me all of a sudden. So it's been 3 months and we are not in touch and due to depression I was silent and didn't even think of filing a complaint. I have his name tattooted on my hand and he mis used my trust. But now I badly need justice. I don't want to leave him. Is there any possibility to file a complaint and marry him.
A.You can file a complaint of breach of trust or cheating depending upon evidence you have. But after a complaint, will a marriage with him would be happy ?

A.State in the complaint that you were in a live-in relationship for 3 years and now for 3 months he lost touch. Is it okay if your parents come to know of this ? because if the matter goes to Court you will have to attend Court for 3-4 years.? is there any chance that the guy is dead ?
