Why you take the burden on your shoulder? Let her say whatever she wants? She is not the ultimate authority to decide on a disputed property.

File a partition suit in court and court will divide the property among the legal heirs in metes and bounds. Court is there to protect your rights and interest.

If you're financial status is not stable, you can approach Vidhikarya to make such arrangement for you.
