Problem in partnership dead

Dear Sir/Madam,
Me and another person created a partnership dead and notarized it for a online business. And base upon the dead create a trade licence, pan card and pre tax for the partnership farm. The problem is that, date of partnership agreement we used on 26 January 2022 but the date of stamp paper is used on 9 February 2022. Now what we can do to solve the problem?

You have to get registered partnership deed with new papers and in that deed you may mention the said mistake and how you obtained stamp paper dated 09.02.2022 in advance?

A.You can solve the problem easily by changing the stamp paper and again get it notarized then only the problem will be solved because the agreement date cannot be earlier than the stamp issue date.

A.Dear Client,
The date on partnership agreement could be prior to stamp paper but the date on partnership deed must be the same or later than the date on stamp paper.
