An Advocate ho has filed vakalat Nama for the defendant can file reply of NM for and behalf of the Defendant and signed the same as Advocate for Defendant without any affidavit in support and or affirmation or verification and signature of the Defendant

A.Usually signature is not verified but signatures may be examined under special circumstances.

A.Perhaps this procedure will be followed by some of the advocates.but there is need to verify and affirm signature of the defendant.without affirmation and verification might be arises some issues.
