Currency period of minor panelty

I am assistant engineer in mpmkvvcl follow mp civil service cca rules 1966,1965 . I had been punished by with holding of next anual increment for 1 year vide letter no. Date 27/9/2017 ., my due date of increment is july 2018..what will be the effective date of punishment.. can i eligible for higher pay scale on 1 aprl 2018

A.dear client your punishment date started from mentioned in letter and you may count 1 year from that date. letter has been issued on 27/9/2017 . better way to discuss with your official seniors or approach to any local lawyer for opinion.

A.Check your letter they would have mentioned the beginning of the punishment period and from that you can calculate and find out whether you can get it or not.
