to add Coapplicant

i booked(not registry) a flat in 2016 in noida at that time i am unmarried. now last year i am married i want to add my wife as coapplicant. but builders says right now it is not possible because all documnet gone to the authority to registery. is there any process to add coapplicant to my booked flast before registry. i want subsidy under PMAY.

A.If you haven't yet visited the Sub-Registrar office for registration of your property, it means registration is not yet completed. Registration needs to be done. There's a possibility. Contact Vidhikarya for giving lawyers notice.

A.your wife will be add as co applicant before making sale deed. after making sale deed its impossible to add.

A.Before registry of your property in concerned sub registrar office or GDA, you may add the name of your wife as co-applicant. Your statement shows that your builder does not want to take your headache, you may file a written application before your builder and copy to GDA or concerned sub registrar office. Your builder can not denied it.

A.Look the documents have gone to sub-registrar but the registration is still pending hence you can call back the document and apply again for registration. Tell your builder that you are ready to pay the extra charges for this and for drafting a new conveyance deed. He should agree for that.
