Hi sir, i was 22 years i met with accident for first time when i was travelling from wrong way and in this case the person to whom i dashed was old he had reacted nothing but the other person surrounded made a big mess and started hitting me and second case there was an another accident where i was in car and i dashed a two wheeler hardley he has any scratches but bike was damaged i talked to person to tale him to hospital but that person dosent listened and created a big mess and started hitiing me . In both casses i was beaten is there any law that can help in these type of situation. I have completly no idea how to react infact with these two cases i am afraid to drive and afraid of people around road

A.Dear client my question is do you have proper legal licence? If there is no licence then you might be in trouble for next time. But if you have licence and you negligently drive then again it's creates trouble. But if there is not your fault in accident and they beat you then you may file police complaint against then for hurt.
