Legal advise relating reservation system.

Sir,
Total 41556 candidates passed in Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination were classified according to Reservation norms at state level i.e. acording to all seat available in state, whereas the vacant posts were divided into Districts category. That is, the reservation rule has been implemented at two different levels in the same recruitment. How can we prove this wrong in a legal way, whether there is a mandate or a court order regarding this?

A.File a writ petition to that effect.

A.There are no of cases pending in before any courts on reservation particularly in Educational Service Reservation norms,

If need you can file a WP in High Court on all aspects of the issues from the panel of Vidhikarya quickly.

You would have to provide elaborate details with all numbers and charts.

A.Dear client you need to file writ petition into high court against such discrimination. But before this kindly provide us more detail and govt regulation circular with exam result.

A.Give a legal notice and thereafter file a writ petition. Contact Vidhikarya for alloting a local lawyer.

A.Please provide more details. I will be able to answer your question only if I understand it.
Further, if there is really any discrimination, you can file a Writ Petition. You would have to provide elaborate details with all numbers and charts. The Government Order or any regulations under which this has been done would need to be studied and then a petition would be required to be drafted.
