i want to dissolve my old marriage certificate and also i have my divorce decree please help me.

A.your marriage has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by a competent court of law. If you feel like you can communicate of the same to the marriage officer where your marriage was solemnized. The order of the dissolution of your marriage will be kept on record by the marriage officer.

A.If you have already got the divorce decree then it means that your marriage is no longer existing and you do not have to worry about dissolution anymore as it is already dissolved by the court. Post the decree being passed there is no validity of the Marriage certificate and there is nothing that you have to do about it But I would suggest that you hold it as you never know in future you might have to give some reference for any legal process say property inheritance.
