Dear Sir,
I own a plot of land which is unconstructed. My neighbor has opened a restaurant in the adjoining plot and he has installed exhaust fans facing towards my plot.
Exhaust fans are mounted on his wall but they are facing my plot which means the exhaust fumes and air is blowing on my plot. Now if i want to construct my plot in near future maybe he would try to prevent me from obstructing his exhaust fans.

This activity has taken place in last 2 months.
I have requested him to change the directions of exhaust so that they should not face my plot but he hasn't paid any attention towards my request.

What remedy should I adopt?
Thanks
