I would like to marry a girl who is a divorcee.. but her parents are not accepting because of caste issues.. her divorce decree is with her parents and not accepting us...please help me whether if I can deal with this without decree...?

A.Apply for a certified copy from the court which delivered the divorce degree. The certified copy is as good as the original. Get married under special marriage act.

A.Divorce decree second copy can be taken from court.you can marry with her after getting second copy.

A.you should have enough courage and marry each other . There is no need of divorce decree at the time of marriage but at the later stage when you register your marriage, you require the same. Uou can approach distt court where she saught divorce enquire and get one copy by applying thereof

A.If you know her divorce case number, or place , date of judgement it has to be found out.

A.She can obtain another certified copy of the Divorce Decree from the Court which decreed her divorce. All certified copies are equal to originals.

Depends on the Court which decreed. In Chennai it takes around 10 to 15 days.

A.Get the case no from the girl and obtain one more copy from the court. Then you can proceed.
