Hello Sir, I have a query, My father at time of an heated argument slaps or hurts my mother unapologetically, i need a protection for my mother since il get married she will be staying alone with him so is there any way that my father is given a legal warning so he takes it seriously i dont want to press charges against him i just want him to believe that this case is being handled legally now ! please help

A.Explain to your father that what he is doing is wrong and what all consequences he may face if proceedd legally... in other words make him aware that he is not suppose to physcially assault your mother and if he does so you will take severe action if needed

A.Dear client sorry to hear that. However in this case you must file a case against your father. Most importantly you must shift your other to some other place.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
I can understand your concern but you cannot have both hot and cold at a time. First see that absence of your mother by shifting her to some relatives house if not to your house or to a old age home and he must feel loneliness to change his attitude towards his wife who served him for last several decades.
