I have one plot. 20 years ago we purchased it but we did registatry in the name of my sister because of some issues . Now she refused to give the plot to me . All legal documents is with us . She don't have any type of documents and the property is also we are using since last 20 years.please advise us .how can we get back our plot. Is it possible to get stay on the property.

A.No she is the legal owner of the property as it had been registered in her name. Even though you have the original deed. She can apply for the certified copy of the deed and sale the property to third party. No consent is required from you. You have no recourse from court.

A.What was the age of your sister at that time. Whether she was minor or adult? Need to see the papers before jumping in to the conclusion

A.Dear client its depend on genuine evidence which enough to prove that consideration has been paid by you.if you have genuine but not gentle evidence then you can go through property lawyer for filing suit.

A.The property stands registered in the name of your sister.She is lawful owner of the property. She can even claim possession from you.It is obvious that you don't have any legal right over such property whether u have papers regarding ownership with u or not.

A.If you have enough evidence to prove that the sale consideration was paid by you and not her, you can file a civil suit for declaration and direction.

A.If the possession of the plot is with your sister then you will have to file case to get the possession of the plot.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir if all documents in your coustody but plot name on Ur sister. You don't have any legal rights. You should solve it peacefully
