In year 2014 there was a theft in my house in which more 10 lakh rs articles and cash were stolen. Police didn't arrested any of the person till date. Can I pray before high court for CBI or CID investigation ? Or what legal step I can initiate.

A.Dear Sir,
Your proposal is very attractive but your proposed agencies have no time to investigate such small issues. However the high court may give some other appropriate reliefs and take stock of inability of police in not investigating properly.
