I am working in UPPCL as assistant engineer. The term and condition mentioned in "Advertisement" different from the "U.P. State Electricity Board Engineers Service Regulations,1970". Which one is apply to me ?

A.Dear client advertisement apply for applicants and service regulations apply for servant. you are already servant so you are bound to follow service regulations

A.File a writ petition before the high court if the advertisement contravenes the provisions of U.P. State Electricity Board Engineers Service Regulations,1970.

A.Advertisement is for inviting application from eligible candidates,The service conditions are as per the Board Service Regulations as amended & published in the official Ghzette.
