Regarding Hearing date Regarding Hearing date

Why it is saying that " Next hearing date is not given" on the website of Bilaspur High court when searched for case status. Advocate is also saying the same thing.

I want to know why the High Court did not gave the next hearing date. Its been more than a month already from previous hearing.

I also want to know how much time does it generally take for the settlement/verdict of a civil case in high court.

A.First contact your advocate-on-record and ask him to send a letter to the Registrar of High Court to list your case before the respective judge or else ask him to file a petition called as expedite petition which is generally filed with a prayer to hear your matter as soon as possible as there is an urgency.

Alternatively your advocate-on-record can mention the matter before the concerned bench and request for the matter to be listed for urgent hearing. If you can show the urgency which you have in your case the high court would certainly list the matter for hearing. If the petition is senior citizen that would be added benefit. In pending matters, you have to say your genuine grievances and hardship if you are not heard urgently.

A.You have to approach the High Court through your Advocate or you can take a Noc or you can request a Expert High Court Advocate to take up the case. Better to contact a Expert High Courts Advocate from the Panel of Vidhikarya for early setttlement of the pending case in Bilaspur High Courts.
