Harrasment by husband

After our arranged marriage, after ten days he went to Canada and stopped contacting me. His father started torturing me mentally and his mother supported him. He wants me to stay with him 1st and follow his commands then he will decide he will send me in Canada or not. I want to deport him from Canada and took steps against them. How can I take action against them?
