Thank u so much sir.......for helping me............but sir can u want to know .....all matter ....actually i am studying in bcom 1st year ......and our commerce department's head means that professor who doing wrong......he was come to know that any student take his video during misbehaviour. .......and he also come to know that student is from certain school from where i come ..............and he only with no any prove.......caught me that i do this video but i cant.........so he say me that he will not do my registration. ....

Dear client if you have sufficient valid proof and evidence against them, then you can make complaint.

don't worry about the sections. just write down your grievances and complaints.
