A.Dear client! Registered agreement will be 2% stamp duty of one year rental, otherwise you can make a non-registered agreement on a stamp of Rs. 100.

Agreement has to be registered or notarized. Is it legally valid on Rs.100 stamp because i heard that agreement has to be made on Rs.500/- stamp only?

If for a single person i make notarized agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper. Stay Duration is 6-months and monthly rent is Rs.2600/- per month. I take 2-months rent in advance with no deposit and after 2-months complete if he wants to stay further i again take next 2-months rent in advance. Will this notarized agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper enforceable in court incase if any legal problem arises with Paying Guest. Or court will ask for agreement on Rs.500/- stamp paper?

It is upto you. If u want to register it in tehsil or sdm office then u have to pay stamp duty of around 4to6% of rent amount as per the time period of agreement plus 1%for registration charges. And if u don't want to register then u may make the agreement on 100rs stamp paper and get notarized.

A.Dear Client,
It depends upon how much amount you will receive from each paying guest. It is per month or per two months or what is the duration. According to me it may be on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
