Employer not accepting resignation Employer not accepting resignation

I have given resignation to my company on 5th September to join another company & I will be serving complete notice period. My employer has send me a mail today that resignation is not acceptable. The reason they have mentioned is that they have given me good growth in last 1 year.
Kindly assist in how to proceed in case they are not relieving me as I do not wish to stay in my current company.

A.Dear concerned,
If you have served the company for the notice period agreed upon between you and your company, your company is duty bound to relieve you unless any unfavourable reason exists to the contrary. Secondly, they have given you good growth in the last one year is not a good excuse for them not to relieve you. You can still leave the company by intimating the company in advance that you are leaving the company even if the company has not accepted your resignation. But by opting this way, the company will not issue the relieving letter which will be required at the time of joining the new company. For more information, you should contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform.

A.Dear Client,
You should inform the same to higher authorities in your company than to whom you submitted your resignation, and also inform the non acceptance of your resignation. You should inform that you should leave the company even if they did not accept your resignation. You need not care their words of they gave you good growth in the last 1 year or so. You can leave the company at your will. You may see for more growth companies.
