FIR by immigration officer's

Sir I was a deputy manager in GHA company last year our company handle charter flight in New Delhi airport . after few days our operation staff was called by immigration officer's for queries and after 9 months they file a FIR on me and one more staff which clearly stated that myself give the verbal instruction to clear the crew without immigration even I was not available on shift that day and we have clearance GD which shows flight is cleared from immigration. They put 420 14f 120b on me. Due to this my 13 year career ruins I lost my job even I am not getting job in any other company as well. Please suggest what should I do I am sitting t home with out job from 3 minths

After such FIR is quashed, you can file a discharge petition in the lower court.

you should take a chance of Quashing FIR, which is rare, Rather
you should go against the order passed by Authority concerned, Through Writ in High Court. once that order is bad in law declared by High Court , then you may go for discharge petition filing in court below
