A.The facts have been verified you personally or based on hearsay. I am not convinced that bank resorted to lodging an FIR. Please share your FIR number and police station. Action can be taken for quashing the said FIR by High Court.

A.Send them a legal notice first asking how the amount was transferred without your consent. And also ask your husband whether he has forged your signature or not? And it would be better if you post full details of your case and take help from the vidhikarya lawyers.

A.Dear client. If u take a legal action your husband will be in great trouble. Because your husband should have done your false signatures and should have completed all papers. Trouble is not due to bank but due to your husband. So confirm every thing with your husband. So confirm the facts first. Do u want to put your husband in jail?

A.Hello there,
no bank can transfer any amount into their customer's account without receiving their consent, in this case, first, file a bail petition and then ask the bank through a legal notice that how can they transfer the amount into your account without your consent.
