A.Sir, First thing When did you file the matter? and What stage is it? As of now what you can do is ask your advocate to move the matter quickly and if some long date is given then ask him/her to move an application of early hearing and proceed with the matter.

A.Dear concerned,
If the opposite party is delaying the proceedings as asked by you, you should strongly oppose the same. Simultaneously, ask your counsel to file an application for early hearing stating some strong reasons therein and use case laws to justify your application. For more information, please contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform having expertise in cheque bounce matters.
