Company favoring particular caste over other in material supply Company favoring particular caste over other in material supply

Hi, I have a retail outlet of multi brand which deals with food product items. There are couple of companies who are not supplying material to my outlet and supplying material to other outlet next to me since he has 4 more outlet. Can I take this matter to consumer court and if yes then how? This seems favoring one particular caste of business man over another. Can I file case against companies in the name of atrocity?

Thanks

A.If that's in contravention to the written agreement, you can definitely take legal action.

A.Dear Sir,
You can try such complaint not only in consumer forum but also before Hon’ble High Court which will give appropriate direction to the State Government to issue relevant circular in such specific cases to avoid atrocities on down trodden people.

A.Dear Client,
This can not be filed against the Company under Atrocity.
But there are other ways to bring the company to track.
For that we need have a detailed study about the Company and also your outlet,
see the relationship,location,business transaction etc.
Companies are not Charity organisations. They are for profit.
In spite of that we need to bring to right track.

A.Dear client if you have written contract with provider for supplying material and if they refused to provide then you can knock the door of court.but on the basis of atrocity there should be direct evidence which sufficiently shows act of atrocities.

Dear client it's not enough for any allegations. There is no payment or consideration given in this contract. If you have any voice recording which contains their statement about not providing any material because of you are belongs from particular caste then you can proceed with atrocity Act and protection of civil right Act.
