A.Dear client it's penal law like IPC .If some one arrested into sexual abuse to small children then this Act applied for prosecution and punishment.if you are falsely accused under this act then you should be approach to high court for quashing FIR and allegation with proper proofs

A.If you're not on regular bail then get Anticipatory Bail from High Court. Approach High Court for quashing the FIR and criminal proceeding. Alternatively prove your innocence in the trial court.
