Dear sir, my PIL is related to issue some guidelines/directions to political parties in power by Election Commission of India.
It depends upon the complexity of the of contents of the PIL

There is no fixed days.It all depends on the subject and what are you looking for and the materials you have at your disposal to be submitted along with the writ.

Dear client Tell me actual problem. Who is drafting your PIL ? All depends on practice and experience. U might have seen on High Court that judge dictates order of 20 pages only in 3 to five minutes in full speed and steno writes it and get it typed copy within 30 minutes.

It totally depends on the logical, analytical, researching, drafting, etc. abilities of the advocate concerned and varies from individual to individual. Regards
