about production warrent

Owner of a company has been arrested by the Telangana police under 420 a month ago but Haryana police took his custody today on production warrent by saying same case has been registered by us in Haryana and Telangana court has accepted their application of Production Warrent but the advocate of accused has told me that Telangana court has granted him bail ........but my sources saying accused is been taken on production warrent.....so that I am confused the accused got bail or not ?

Even if Telangana Court released him on bail, as the accused was required by Haryana Police so he was re-arrested the accused and the accused is to get the bail from Haryana Court. Please look into Court records to see factual status of bail application in Telangana Court or call me.

Normally Police do not act on their whims and fancies unless and until one has a different motive.Coming to your point since this is a case of inter state nature, Police might have been sent by their Department of Home, Government of Haryana and the so called accused has to be produced before the Court.If the person has already been released on Bail, by the same Court then he will be set free.If this is a different case which has been lodged by another persons for a different offence committed by him it has to be looked into differently.
Under the circumstances please Vidhikarya to provide you a good criminal Lawyer to verify the veracity of truth of bail and take appropriate legal action which deem fit.

Apply for certified copy of order sheet of the case in Telangana Court and it will become clear that if the bail is granted or not.

Dear client now there is no need of certified copy of order of Telangana Court.
Certainly there will be another police case in Haryana which is under investigation. So u go to Haryana and engage some Lawyer and try to get bail from concerned court or High Court.
In fact u do not know what is the case and allegations with him in Haryana ?
As far as certified copy of Telangana Court is concerned u can not apply for it online. Go there ans ask your Lawyer to provide u.

our lawyer saying that CMD got bail and I asked him for court order and he send me unsigned copy of bail order......but I have contacted cops and they told me he is on Production Warrent so that I am not is CMD got bail or not?
