A.Lodging a complaint under domestic violence and 498A IPC is very common these days and does not amount to internal departmental enquiry. Such complaints under domestic violence empowers the woman to live with dignity and gives protection from any sort of violence. Both parties will be call for counselling and a report will be set to the Magistrate. If during the counselling he assures in written not to carry out his violent behaviour then withdraw your complaint.

A.Dear Client,
If you lodge a Complaint in the Police Station, he will treated like any other individual.
If he is friendly to his boss through the corrupt system then you have to go the Court of law
for Domestic Violence. The Law will take its own course.I can not give guarantee about the safety, security and place of posting of the job he handling at the moment.
