A.you file a petition for maintenance, whether he is an employee or not particulars are insufficient. whether your husband`s family has assets, then attach them by filing comprehensive civil suit for your maintenance. You can also file domestic violence case for food shelter and maintenance. You need not insist him for giving lakshs of rupees for your security. If he fails to maintain you judge will order for his arrest. Even if divorce is granted you are entitled to maintenance from him till you remarry. You should answer by giving reply to his two notices initially issued by him with all facts and his harassment. Engage an expert advocate and issue reply notices to his two notices and file cases against him for your remedy.

Dear Client it is very sad that your marriage broke so early. I think u did not select right person for u .

Anyway as court had given him 2 opportunity to file reply, so ask your advocate to raise objection next time, if he does not file reply.
Dear Client your case is at initial stage so u need not to worry. Court will act according to Law only by his oral saying that he needs his wife, is of no use.
Dear client wait and see. Court will do the needful, litigation always takes time.
