A.Dear Client In stead of doing an ILLEGAL work there r several legal remedies by which u can win your case in concerned court. If u do a gpa notary on present date then not only u but the concerned notary will become accused under sec 420,467, 468, 471 IPC. So my advice is that u must not do such an illegal act to trouble u and the concerned notary.

Dear Client now comes the question that how u may get rid of litigation and also get your money back which is regarding this property. For it provide me photo copies of all papers regarding this litigation.
Tell me where now your suit is pending ? And at what stage ? How it took 30 Years ?
