Now he has started selling so of the ancestral property, my gradfather has created a will and now all of my grandfathers property would be mine, but my great grandfathers property is still in question. Thats a good sum of land and the biggest amount of property the family holds. I want to know if i can somehow get rid of my father.. my family members including my grandfather is done with him. I want to know if we can some how go on different paths ... I don’t want to have anything to do with my father I don’t want to pay for his old age i am 26 i have two younger sisters whom i will be providing and i will ensure they get married but we are done and don’t want anything to do with my father. ( I don’t want to pay him from my pocket, i just want him to take him to sell the land and give us the money that we are supposed to get and we will never want to see him again)
