Dear sir/madam what happen to the criminal case when the accused person is deceased? And its my father case, I'm asking this because a police man came to my house asking for my father's death certificate for closing the case

A.Dear Client,
Please get the death certificate of your father from the Office of the Primary Health Center (PHC) of Municipality as the case may be and produce before the Court where the case is pending.It will be dropped in due course.So no need to worry.

Thank so much sir but its important to give police man a death certificate who showed up at my house I'm asking this because we have some relatives problem there are people like my uncle who is trying to fruad us using my father's death certificate in property matter

A.Dear client if accused has been deceased then that matter will be wind up and closed .Police ask right document for closing that matter.kindly go through lawyer for procedure
