Possibility for Divorce

I really have problem with my husband's words. He always changes his words which are creating problems and also he makes me feel so much mental stress. He creates situations to argue and quarell with me and later he says he was not quarreling or arguing but just asking. He never talk about his issues regarding a particular thing at that moment. But raises the issue later and starts arguing for past things. And his parents always calls my mom and shout at her . I really don't like that. I am really feeling like mental torture. And I don't want to take this stress anymore. My husband gets hurt for every small thing and feels like if I get hurt u also should suffer that pain and creates problems. This nature and his character of changing thoughts makes me feel that I can't stay with him anymore. Please suggest me how to approach divorce . What's the best way I can get separated from him ?

If you have decided firmly to separate from ur husband and you can not stay any longer then you can opt for Judicial separation or Get filed for Divorce, to rid off such mental stress and torture &
abusive relationship. If you are independent and without any issues yet. Then go for above suggested . You may consult for the same or needful .

First, you decide what you want.
If you can not stay any longer because of mental stress and strain/torture , it is better to get away
from abusive relationship.
You have the right to go to the Court of law for Divorce.
You have not mentioned anything regarding children. Do you have any child? Children?
Think about them before applying for Divorce.
