Sir,
I'm married with one lady and she has two mother's and one father, and one brother, their family members said my wife has no right to ask share on house after her marriage all are belongs to her brother,
My doubt is her father has two wife's then house should have to share for both wife's and later it would be comes to my wife and her brother or not.
Please let me know the solution sir

A.Dear Client,
If you a Hindu you will be governed by The Hindu Succession Act,1956 with State Amendments from Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh etc
If your mother in law is a legally wedded wife then your wife will be entitled a share as per the law . No body can stop that.
