Bank loan

I took a personal loan which now I m not able to pay. 3 EMI have got bounced. I issued no cheque to bank when the loan was approved. Can bank file case against me for bouncing of EMI s without any cheque?

A.Dear Client,
Meet the Branch Manager /Credit Officer of the Bank from where you availed the loan. Explain him/her about the situation/exact position of non payment and also the time you would require to pay back. That would solve 50% of your headache and rest you pay as soon as you can which will reduce your interest.Banks are not Charities but they are profit making Organisations and they will get their money back with penal interest.

A.Not cheque bouncing case but other sections can be valid. Better you pay them at the earliest.
