WHAT ARE MY CHANCES ? WHAT ARE MY CHANCES ?

We got married a year back. She has been very adamant, insensitive and indifferent to me. She always threatens of filling cases against me. She has filed police complaint against my brother in law also that he is unduly influencing in our life , which was not true. She abuses me too. She has even locked me and herself in a room and started shouting number of timeS to get neighbours attention and called up local police to lodge complaint against me. Everyday is a big challenge for me and the situation is getting bad to worse. She has sent complaint to my department also that my qualification is not appropriate and to initiate enquiry against me. She also sent complaint that I and family have demanded dowry from the them. She always intimidates and threatens me. I am not happy with the relation at all. How to come out of it. What are my chances. What all could be done.

A.You must bring every act and miss deed that she had done to you, to your elders, parents and well wishers of both the sides and get solution. If it is not possible, then you must vacate that house and getting issued legal notice with what she did and your agony. If she continues the same in the future then you can issue legal notice to the effect that you can file petition for judicial separation and divorce thereafter. You can file divorce on the ground of cruelty.
