Threatening for false case

One of my colleague had taken 25000 from me and told me to return within 2 months. When he didn't return I asked him to return or I will complain against him. Then he started beating me. After that I complained in police and matter was forwarded to SDM court under 107. Now he is threatening me that he will file false case against me . I dont know what type of case he will file. Please suggest me remedy as immediate

A.Dear client kindly file complaint against him into higher authority of police.or you can file private complaint against him into court.

Approach the Superintendent of police and submit an application that you have life threat from him. Or file private complaint against him. If you have documents then file money recovery suit.

A.Dear client he can not file any case against u. On next date move an application in SDM court that he is threatening u and request the court to cancell his bail bond, . Court will send him to jail.
