Selling a flat with Possession letter but no registration done Selling a flat with Possession letter but no registration done

I bought a flat in bptp parklands in resale. I received the Possession letter 6 months ago and haven't received OC yet. And there's no registration done yet . I still have dues of some 3lac. Due to some financial emergency I need to sell that flat . Dealers say without registration you can't sell that flat. Is there any way we can bypass registration. And do the registration directly in the name of buyer. So that I don't have to spend another 3 lac for registration .

A.Dear client kindly deal with your dealer for the property Registration. There is no need to make saledeed from your side . Dealer or builder is responsible for delivering property.

A.Depending on builder's policies, you can consider directly transferring it to new buyer's name.

A.Dear Sir,
The developers may also purchase your flat. Without registration in your name you cannot execute sale deed. Ask your buyer to pay Rs.3 lacs and then get into your name and then execute sale deed in their name.
For full procedure contact me on mobile through Vidhikarya.

A.Dear Client,
Whether you do the Registration through your Dealer or yourself that is immaterial but Registration has to be done. While doing the Registration presence of seller is a must.So it will be appreciated if you can deal with your dealer at the first level and then Registration as soon as you can as you are in need of money.

A.Dear client when registration has not been done it means that u r not owner of that property so u can not sell it. The best way is that get the registration done and then sell it , u will get extra market value at the time of sell, if u have clear title.
