My wife filed Restitution of conjugal rights. The court has sent case to mediation. I don't want to attend mediation. Is it possible to avoid mediation or is it important to attend it ?

A.Dear Sir,
To avoid negative presumption by the Trial Judge, it is better to attend before mediation and say that you are not interested mediation as you are thinking of taking divorce and does not wish to allow your wife into your wife for so many reasons. A failure report will be sent to the Court by the Mediators.

It is advisable to attend the mediation some places it is called counselling but you have every right to say No.nothing should go against your wish.You can take an Advocate with you if you so desire.Get a good family lawyer through Vidhikarya.com
