Central govt ruling and 452 act

Sir... I am doing govt job from 2009 and my case close (Rajinama) 323,506B,452(my friend involve), but friend selection was done mp police and its verification was in whereby he was disqualified from the job region that 452 act., but my friend is saying that when you can do a govt job, i should get a govt job.but now the case is that when you can do a job why can not i. am saying that am govt job my rules different and your job rules different.what should i do if inquires.

A.Dear Client,
Each case is different from the other.So your case can not be compared with your friend.
If your friend brings it to your notice again then suggest him to go through the proper channel to express his grievances. Departmental inquiry ,proceedings etc will come at a later stage.

A.Dear client selection department or committee decided all rules about appointment.govt job ask for character certificate from police. Some department are exceptions but some are strict and stick with rules.your friend not getting such rules. If There are seniors then you can bring your friend with you and clear his doubts with seniors.

In army there are strict selection process. If there are allegations then he can not be qualify without clean character.

My joining date in army 2009 and my verification time feb 2010. My case close 10 jan 2010 so court and police send to clean character send to my department.but pro is my friend inquiry against me.so sir please advise me.
