Hi ,
My friend who is born to nepali parents in Delhi Hospital in 1994 has been living in india since birth. he has acquired indian passport also. now he wanted to appear for UPSC as an Indian citizen. Will he be treated as Indian citizen or not?

A.Dear client he is Indian citizen by birth.so in citizenship Act there are special provisions available.he can appear for specific exams or UPSC exams where there is reservations allotted by govt.
