my father has two wives they were no more now. I am the first wife son. who will get the share of my mother (died) first wife childre 5 nos. and second wife children 03 nos. Pl advise

If it’s your father’s property then all his legal heirs will be getting equal share of the property that includes your mother’s children and his second wife’s children. Unless your father makes a will regarding distribution of the property.
