How to secure my property using Will or Power of attorney etc and its charges
5 years ago
I have some doubt that my uncle sign some documents from my father which he can be used to transfer the property to his name
- In this case what is the solution?
- If my uncle don't have anything then how can I safe myself for future (eg: Will, Power of attorney etc)?
