My neighbour is nt parking car in its parking spacebecause she wants to create trouble fr me she hs parked near my sons cycle.n wit the help of her landlord who stays in delhi ..is giving me legal threat.i stay here alone wit my 8 yr old son.pls help

A.dear client kindly try to settle it amicably through Resident Association.If that fails, serve a legal Notice through an Advocate.

Remember, you are legally entitled to the space allotted as per your SALE DEED agreement
which includes Parking Space. In case of body has a big car then there might be some problem .
