I am Sudip Datta Ray ,from Jalpaiguri would inform you that my wife is a Govt. Aided school teacher.I want to incorporate a Pvt Ltd company.she want to be a board of director of that company.is that possible or not.if yes kindly inform me the procedure and condition

A.Dear Client,
Since your wife is a employee of the Government of West Bengal she will come under Educational Code of West Bengal and she has to obtain the permission from her department of Education to join in the Private Limited Company.
Best option for you is to talk to the Inspector of Schools.,Jalpaigudi district, Education Department of Government of West Bengal.
