Judgement has given but case not disposed yet Judgement has given but case not disposed yet

Hello sir/mam,
I am from andhra pradesh. Our house dispute case is filed in 2009 now the judgement is decreed in favour of us in 2017. House went to sale agreement with 1 lakh advance amount but agreement got canceled and we got judgement to return back the amount with interest of 12% per anum. So that we paid that amount to court but the amount is not taken by the other side parties. How long this case going to take to dispose? Is their any time if the opposite parties didn’t took money we paid according to court judgement? If they didn’t took money court handover that money back to us? What will happen? I have no idea how this ends. Can anyone please suggest?

A.Dear Client,
No body can give guarantee how much time this case will take.
It will be appreciated if can talk to the Judge directly and explain the present position.
If the Judge is convinced he will immediately call for the bench Clerk and give you a date for taking further action. The other alternative is talk to your Advocate. If you fail in both the cases then get in touch with Vidhikarya.com and ask for a good Advocate of your Bar or close to your Bar to sort out your case.
