Sir, what would be the minimum alimony of a 13 year old girl whose mother is a govt employee, & leaving the husband with a mutual consent divorce because of unbearable mental & physical torturing.

A.dear client it will be upto 10 lakhs alimony but depends upon your matter and judge.

But,there is no set standard procedure. The expenses of a girl studying in a village School will be different from a girl studying in Boarding School in Darjeeling.I feel educational expenses, extra curricular activities, medical expenses , fairs and festivals will play a major part of deciding factor.
